Tumor Microenvironment Lab

Our laboratory investigates how therapeutic interventions and environmental stimuli reshape the tumor microenvironment (TME) and normal mammary gland microenvironment, altering cellular interactions, signaling pathways, and tissue homeostasis to influence tumor progression, metastasis, and therapeutic resistance. By integrating cutting-edge technologies, including single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), spatial transcriptomics, metabolomics, molecular and cellular biology, and computational bioinformatics, we aim to decipher microenvironmental heterogeneity, identify key mechanisms driving disease progression and treatment response, and uncover novel therapeutic targets.
